Aroma: Bright red fruit and spice aromas leap out of the glass in this elegant Bordeaux style blend made up of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot offers notes of ripe raspberries, the Malbec cracked black pepper and macerated strawberries and the Cabernet sauvignon hints of Bing cherry and Cassis. 

Taste: The flavor profile of this wine calls you to take a second sip before you even finish your first. There is a creamy, lush texture on the palate that works wonderfully with the flavors that mimic the aromatics of the wine. The tannins are silky and smooth with an acidity that is perfectly matched.

Food Pairing: This wine calls for a big hearty meal to match the full nose and body of the wine. Traditional braised osso bucco, served over soft parmesan polenta and topped with a rich fig demi-glace will make this wine sing.
