2019 Evermore Wedding Red

Aroma: The nose is a combination of dark red fruits with plums and blueberries showing prominence and bright red fruits of raspberries and strawberry jam joining in the mix of fruit aromas. Earthy notes of black tea and a hint of black pepper add to the complexity of the nose.

Taste: The flavors on the palate are more earthy than the nose would imply with flavors of black tea, and a hint of leather working hand in hand with the fruit on the palate to make this wine far more complex than your typical “table wine”.

Food Pairing: Give me a big juicy gastropub burger with this wine and I’ll be happy. Sweet potato fries would be perfect as an accompaniment to that burger with this wine.
