2020 Wedding Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2020 Wedding Cab is the same wine as our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon.  What makes this wine unique is the label is different, as it is our wedding label. Look closely and you will see a bride with a beautiful dress, holding wildflowers. The groom has on a tux with a bowtie. The red tailed hawk is holding a wedding ring in it's beak. The background is starbursts and bright colors representing joy and happiness. A perfect gift for the bride and groom, your wedding party, on the rehersal dinner table. or for your reception.

Aroma: This is a dark and inky Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2020 crop was light in vineyard yields with tiny berries lending to lots of extraction of color and phenolics.  The nose is rich and dense with earthy aromas of dates, candied chestnuts, and black tea. The fruit is also dense with offerings of dried cherries, dried plums, and blackberry jam.

Taste: Everything on the nose comes across on the palate as well. With a big rich flavor that offers intensity without too much tannin. The dates come across initially on the taste and linger on the finish allowing all the other flavors to showcase themselves on the mid-palate. The finish lingers with beautifully balanced, richness, alcohol, tannin, and acids in wonderful harmony.

Food Pairing: This wine is just begging for a high-quality steak grilled to perfection with nothing more than salt and cracked black pepper to season the cut.
