2020 Cuvee du Soleil

Gold Medal winner for our 2020 Cuvee du Soleil. New vintage. 

Aroma: Dry Bing Cherries, blackberry jam and Cola along with earthy aromas of leather and graphite show a perfect complexity in our Bordeaux inspired blend.

Taste: The palate is full and complex with perfectly integrated tannins and balanced acidity. The red notes on the palate are of a mixed berry jam with dry cherries. The earthy linger on the finish with flavors of fresh tobacco leaves and a bit of cracked black pepper spice.

Food Pairing: This wine is well suited to be paired with tender and rich braised beef short ribs served over rustic mashed potatoes and drizzled with a delicious demi-glace.
