2020 Order of the Cave

Aroma: Spiced jam fills the initial aroma of our 2020 Order of the Cave, with a mix of blackberries and cherries laced with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. There are also aromas of vanilla, ripe plums, and macerated blueberries perfectly complimented with tones of toasty oak.

Taste: On the palate there are wonderfully complex flavors of ripe dark fruits and spice that blend beautifully with the texture of this Bordeaux inspired (wine club only!) blend.  

Food Pairing: This wine is begging to be paired with an amazing prime rib smothered in a rich au jus accompanied with caramelized onions and horseradish cream.
