2020 Tempranillo

Aroma: Tempranillo has long been a Cave B favorite with its perfect blend of earth and fruit, this vintage certainly does not disappoint! Blueberry jam, dried Bing Cherries and mission figs are accompanied with aromas of graphite and hints of cedar. 

Taste: The palate is beautifully silky and fruity all at the same time, flavors of cherry, blueberry, and fresh ripe figs fill the attack and mid-palate with the earthy notes patiently waiting for their part in the perfect, lingering finish.

Food Pairing: This wine will pair amazingly with a traditional chorizo and chicken paella. Alternately grilled chicken or pork marinated with smoked paprika and garlic would be a winner pairing as well.
