2020 Malbec

Aroma: Inky, Inky, Inky, this wine is deliciously dark both in color and aromatics. Marionberry jam, sweet dark plums, currants, and rich ultra ripe mission figs are all present in the glass. Hints of saddle leather and pencil shavings are perfect companions to the aromas of cracked black pepper always found in our Malbec.  

Taste: The palate is equally dark and dense with beautifully integrated acidity and tannins. All the flavors mentioned on the nose are present on the palate making you want to savor the wine as long as possible before you actually swallow it.

Food Pairing: This wine must go with a big rich red meat. I think a peppercorn crusted steak topped with caramelized onions and served over rosemary roasted potatoes would work wonderfully with our 2020 Malbec.
