2020 Evermore Wedding Red

Our Evermore Wedding Red is the same wine as our 2020 Caveman Red. The only difference is it is showcases our beautiful Wedding Wine label which makes it a wonderful gift for a bridal shower, anniversary, or on the wedding dinner table.

Aroma: Cinnamon spiced cherry compote, along with aromas of dried mission fig, blackberry jam and a hint of Medjool dates offer delicious aromatic complexity to our 2020 Evermore Wedding Red.   

Taste: The palate offers a medium complexity with a nice tannin and acid balance to compliment the earthy and jammy flavors of the wine. The finish extends on the palate with undertones of black tea.

Food Pairing: I think this wine would be tremendous with a smoked paprika seared salmon served over brown butter and mushroom spaetzle.
