2022 Le Trio

Aroma: Peach, banana, apricot, nectarine, pineapple, Asian pear, and the tiniest hints of guava are all aromas that jump around and mingle in the glass as you take in the beautiful aroma of our second Le Trio White Rhone blend.

Taste: The mouthfeel is round and lush, coating your palate from the first sip. Wonderful stone fruit and tropical flavors meld deliciously as they evolve with every sip giving this wine a wonderful complexity, both in the aromatics and on the palate.

Food Pairing: I am picturing a lovely, seared halibut topped with a mildly spiced apricot chutney and served over fluffy mashed potatoes.
