2022 Unoaked Chardonnay

Aroma: Tropical notes and apples are first to say “hello”. Pineapple, mango, and Honeycrisp apples are in the fore with hints of banana and orange creamsicle complimenting the beautiful aromatics of this wine.

Taste: Everything on the nose comes back on the palate with the orange creamsicle taking a little bit more of a lead role on the palate than it did on the nose. The mouthfeel is silky, with a perfectly balanced crisp finish. 

Food Pairing: Herbed butter steamed clams are a natural pairing for this wine (you’ll need some crusty baguette to dip in the clam sauce).
