2022 Chardonnay

Aroma: The first impression on the nose of our 2022 Chardonnay is of pineapple. It is accompanied beautifully with aromas of citrus and just a whisper of banana, laced with hints of butter and oak to round out the complex aromatic profile of this wine.

Taste: On the palate the oak is more apparent acting as book ends to the wonderful flavors. The initial oak is met with banana and pineapple, with the citrus coming in like a creamy custard, while the oak comes back to compliment the fleshy finish.

Food Pairing: This wine would be fantastic with a rustic homemade chicken pot pie made with a flaky, buttery crust. Roasted chicken and root vegetables would also work wonderfully with our 2022 Chardonnay.
