2022 Cavewoman White

Aroma: The initial aroma of our 2022 Cavewoman White shows pineapple, peaches, and pears. Accents of baked apples and green mango fall into the mix as well.

Taste: The palate is lush and fleshy with a nicely balanced snap of acidity on the finish. The flavors initiate with tropical notes and finish with hints of baked apple. This is our boat, porch, hike, picnic, BBQ, all around, great summer sipping wine that you can open up every day of the week.

Food Pairing: Brie cheese on crostini with a dab of apricot jam would be a nice appetizer to serve with this wine. A great main course would be pesto grilled shrimp served over creamy parmesan polenta.
