2022 Riesling

Aroma: Our 2022 Riesling has all the classic aromas you would expect to find in a Washington Riesling. There are aromas of mango, peach, nectarine and pear that play well together. 

Taste: The palate initiates with a slight kiss of sweetness to help accentuate the fruit flavors. The wine has a round mouthfeel initially and through the mid-palate then a bright, crisp acidity comes in to give the wine a lovely snappy finish.

Food Pairing: Riesling is a wine that can pair with so many varied foods. Charcuterie boards with a wide range of cheeses are especially fun to pair with Riesling to see how versatile the wine is. I also love Thai food with Riesling.
