2022 Dry Rose'

Aroma: Our 2022 vintage of Rose’ is a new blend for us, consisting of 50% Syrah and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. The aroma commences with fresh sliced strawberries moving into aromas of ripe pears and hints of salmonberry.

Taste: Salmonberry and macerated strawberries lead the palate into flavors of cooked pears and hints of melon with a custard like finish on the tongue.

Food Pairing: Salads that include fresh sliced strawberries and a light vinaigrette are a natural for this wine. Light grilled seafoods like shrimp, scallops and shellfish would also pair wonderfully with this wine.
