Aroma: The nose of our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc initiates with aromas of Meyer lemon accented with hints of grapefruit. The tropical notes come across with starfruit and green mango and just a whisper of banana at the end.
Taste: The palate offers almost a creamy texture with the tropical notes coming on first then the crisp acidity ushers in the citrus flavors with Meyer lemon lingering on the zippy finish.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect companion for steamed or raw shellfish. If you’re an old school culinarian a Crab Louie salad would be amazing with this wine for a culinary throw back!
