Taste: The palate is beautiful in how it showcases the dark fruit, as well as the earthy and spicy notes without any one component overpowering another. They work harmoniously as they grace your palate.

Food Pairing: A traditional Steak au Poivre (a peppercorn crusted steak finished with a creamy cognac sauce) and roasted fingerling potatoes would make this wine sing.
