2021 Merlot

Aroma: Black currants, huckleberry jam, cherry fruit leather and a hint of plums accompany earthy aromas of tobacco leaves and black tea leaves, all working together to create the wonderful aromatics of this wine.

Taste: The palate is tremendously rich and filled with flavor, it offers a lush almost creamy texture to accompany the flavors encountered on the nose. There is a perfect balance of acidity and tannins which give this wine that certain something that asks you to take the next sip.

Food Pairing: I really want to have this wine with braised beef or short ribs, topped with a rich demi-glace and accompanied with a creamy sunchoke puree.
