2021 Barbera

Aroma: Cocoa nibs, blackberry fruit leather, macerated blueberries and a hint of Earl Grey tea are all aromas that just jump out of the glass.

Taste: The palate is light and complex all at once. There are a tremendous number of flavors that dance across your tastebuds while not being heavy or unbalanced. There is a lovely acidic backbone to the wine that lets the flavors linger beautifully, long after you have swallowed the wine.

Food Pairing: A rich Bolognese sauce over fresh pasta and lots of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano would simply be magical with this wine.
