2021 Sangiovese

Aroma: Earthy aromas of leather lead into dried cranberries, black currants and macerated strawberries. Spicy hints of cinnamon with a hint of clove finish out the beautiful aromatic complexity of our 2021 Sangiovese.

Taste: On the palate the wine is beautiful and light with the earth and spice characteristics showing dominance on the attack and finish. The fruit flavors fill out the midpalate perfectly. 

Food Pairing: Wood-fired pizza will work wonderfully with this wine but for those foodies out there Agnolotti del Plin (a famous Piemontese filled pasta dish) would be simply tremendous paired with this wine.
