2021 Malbec

Aroma: The aromatics on the nose of this wine are beautiful and intense. Dried plum, cherry fruit leather, juniper berries, hints of anise as well as notes of white pepper all come together to create a gorgeous bouquet.

Taste: The oak on the palate is so perfectly integrated with the fruit and earthy tones. It first comes on and lets you know it is there without being overwhelming whatsoever, then the oak flavor gives way to the beautiful dark fruit flavors before subtly coming back on the finish to round out the palate.

Food Pairing: This wine would pair perfectly with a tender braised beef like a rich Beef Bourguignon drenched in a rich demi-glace and accompanied with roasted potatoes.
