We handcraft this 72% dark chocolate to highlight notes of tropical fruits & red berries, which are complemented by organic cane sugar sourced from Brazil. We honor this incredible cacao by pairing it with rich, sweet California Black Mission Figs that have been generously sprinkled on the back of each bar, adding a chewy texture and a nice contrast to the deep, bold flavor of the cacao.
BY USING SOME OF THE BEST CACAO IN THE WORLD, WE ARE ABLE TO ELIMINATE THE USE OF FILLERS IN OUR CHOCOLATE (LIKE COCOA BUTTER, SOY LECITHIN OR VANILLA), WHICH LETS THE TRUE FLAVORS OF THE CACAO SHINE THROUGH.
