2023 Dry Rose'

Aroma: Macerated strawberries lead the way on the wonderfully complex nose of our 2023 Rose’. Aromas of watermelon, fresh raspberries, as well as tropical hints of guava all contribute to the lovely bouquet.

Taste: The palate offers all of what was on the nose and more. Flavors of graham cracker pie crust and hints of rhubarb add to all the flavors encountered in the aroma.

Food Pairing: BBQ ribs slathered in a sweet mustard based sauce served with honey butter cornbread and baked beans sound to me like wonderful companions to this wine.
