2023 Sauvignon Blanc

Aroma: Pear and lime zest are prominent on the nose at first whiff. As the wine evolves in the glass aromas of melon and hints of grapefruit come into the mix.

Taste: The mouthfeel initiates with creamy flavors of pears and citrus, Honeydew melon and just a hint of mango come on as the wine develops. The palate is both lush and crisp all at once finishing with a perfectly balanced acidity.

Food Pairing: Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc would pair tremendously with a perfectly seared halibut, topped with a lemon thyme beurre blanc, served over soft polenta.
