2023 Chenin Blanc

Aroma: As usual the aroma of our Chenin Blanc is just stunning! Grassiness, blended with tropical aromas of guava and passion fruit along with citrus aromas of kumquats, and Meyer lemon make for an incredible blend of aromatic complexity.

Taste: The palate is creamy at the start and perfectly lovely and crisp on the finish with all kinds of great flavors happening in between. All of the tropical and citrus notes mentioned in the aroma profile are present on the palate along with flavors of tangerines and a delicate crème Anglaise.

Food Pairing: I want to have this wine with a massive cheese board that includes everything from sweet Gorgonzola, to baked brie, Parmigiano Reggiano, Queso Chihuahua and everything in between. Honestly you almost can’t go wrong, this wine will go with almost any cheese.
