Aroma: Pineapple and peaches are first out of the glass. The beautiful aroma then moves into hints of pear and key lime pie to round things out. 

Taste: The tropical and tree fruit flavors persist on the palate with a beautiful crisp acidity that lends this wine a tremendous backbone.

Food Pairing:  Any type of grilled seafood will work beautifully with this wine. But baked brie with some apricot jam would be magic.
