2023 Viognier

Aroma: The 2023 vintage of our Viognier is just lovely. There is initially a mix of lemon meringue and key lime pie on the aroma, then stone fruit notes of nectarine and white peach play with hints of honeysuckle to round out the delicious bouquet of this wine.

Taste: The palate initiates with the stone fruit flavors and finishes with hints of refreshingly tarte key lime and lemon meringue.

Food Pairing: Grilled prawns served over a salad made with a creamy caramelized shallot dressing and some grilled peaches would marry beautifully with this wine.
