2023 Le Trio

 At the 2024 NCW Wine Awards this wine Won Best in Show. That means out of all 200 red & white wines judged it was the best out of all of them!

Our 2023 Le Trio is a blend of our 3 white Rhone varietals; 52% Viognier, 30% Roussanne & 18% Marsanne.

Aroma: Our 2023 Le Trio has an incredible nose from the start. It offers notes of white peach, fresh apricots, melon and just a hint of floral essence.

Taste: On the palate it is round and lush with all of the flavors from the nose coming in to please your tastebuds. As the wine settles on your palate there are new flavors of peach preserves and a hint of lemon meringue.

Food Pairing: I want to have this wine with panko breaded Rockfish served over a salad filled with fresh stone fruits and dressed with a delicate shallot and champagne vinegar vinaigrette.
