2023 Unoaked Chardonnay

Aroma: Poached pears are my first impression of our 2023 Unoaked Chardonnay, followed by glazed pineapple (like in a pineapple upside down cake). Aromas of Granny Smith apple add to the complexity of the nose as well.

Taste: The flavors of tarte apple and poached pears are most prevalent on the initial palate. As the wine sits on the palate the flavors of pineapple come into play.

Food Pairing: Pork tenderloin medallions topped with roasted apple compote would make a wonderful pairing with this wine.
