2023 Gewurztraminer

Aroma: Lyche fruit and tropical aromatics like mango, pineapple and a hint of papaya play with spicy notes of nutmeg and just a whisper of coriander seed with our new vintage of our 2023 Gewurztraminer.

Taste: The palate is very fruity with an almost fleshy mid-palate texture that finishes with a perfectly crisp snap on the tongue for a bright, fresh finish. Flavors of lychee, mango and pineapple abound while the finish is that of lime custard.

Food Pairing: Crunchy pan-fried tacos with a chipotle cream sauce would be great with this wine. Alternately it is a wonderful Thanksgiving wine that goes great with turkey and ham!!
