2023 Jubilee Wedding White Wine

Our Jubilee Wedding White is the same wine as our Unoaked Chardonnay. The difference is that it has our gorgeous wedding label from Artist Pamela Zagerenski on it. With a bride holding wildflowers, a groom in a tux, a weding ring in the beak of the Red Tailed Hawk with joyful sunbursts all around. It makes a great gift or a wonderful addition to your wedding dinner. It is also a special wine for your anniversary.

Aroma: Poached pears are my first impression of our 2023 Jubilee Wedding White followed by glazed pineapple (like in a pineapple upside down cake). Aromas of Granny Smith apple add to the complexity of the nose as well.

Taste:The flavors of tarte apple and poached pears are most prevalent on the initial palate. As the wine sits on the palate the flavors of pineapple come into play.

Food Pairing:Pork tenderloin medallions topped with roasted apple compote would make a wonderful pairing with this wine.
