2023 Chardonnay

Aroma: Hints of caramelized apples lead the way into the lovely aromatics of our 2023 Chardonnay. This wine was fermented and aged in Hungarian oak barrels which contributes a subtle baking spice aroma to accompany the baked apples, grilled pineapple, and poached pear that fill out the olfactory bouquet of this wine.

Taste: The palate offers a wonderfully creamy texture filled with flavors of baked apples and poached pears, there is a hint of pineapple also present on the palate with a well-balanced acidity on the finish.

Food Pairing: Sage roasted turkey with brown gravy served over Potatoes Dauphinoise (French style scalloped potatoes) would pair so well with this wine.
