2023 Semillon

Aroma: Caramel apple is the first impression as you bring our new vintage of our 2023 Semillon to your nose. There are slight hints of lemon meringue pie and a bit of ripe kiwi.

Taste: The palate most definitely offers notes of lemon meringue pie with a toasted meringue topping. Flavors of kiwi and slightly green apricots add to the wonderful medley.

Food Pairing: Pan seared diver scallops served over wild mushroom risotto would pair wonderfully with this wine.
