2023 Pink & Bubbly

Aroma: The nose on this wine leads with macerated strawberries and a hint of rhubarb. Cherry fruit leather adds to the lovely aromatics along with a note of strawberry shortcake ice cream bar. 

Taste: The mouth feels almost creamy with the tiny bubble effervescence leading to flavors of strawberry rhubarb pie with flavors of that cherry fruit leather joining in as well.

Food Pairing: This is a fun wine to serve as an aperitif. It would work wonderfully with an assortment of appetizers from stuffed mushrooms to crab cakes as well as a variety of cheeses and dried fruit.
