2022 Tempranillo
Aroma: The earthy aromatics in our 2022 Tempranillo are just stunning!! There are impressions of leather, tobacco leaves, black tea, and hints of graphite. The earthy tones are beautifully complimented by cherry jam, dried plum and ripe blackberry dark fruits.
Taste: On the palate the wine is just as beautiful as the nose promised. The dark fruit notes hit the palate first, lush and robust, slowly giving way to the earthy character. The tremendous tannin and
acid balance give the wine a wonderful length on the palate.
Food Pairing: Traditional Paella with lots of Spanish chorizo and hearty chicken, as well as shrimp and shellfish would be a great food marriage with this wine.
