Spread the LOVE all month long in February. Our Amore Italian 4 Pack showcases our Italian varietals so well.

We are 100% estate so all grapes are grown here on our Quincy vineyard estate.

The pack includes 1 bottle of our 2021 Barbera, 1 bottle of our 2021 Sangiovese and 2 bottles of our very first release of our Montepulciano. Since this is our first vintage of our Montepulciano we placed the tasting notes below. The Barbera & Sangiovese notes can be found on our store by looking up those wines and clicking on the wine label.

2022 Montepulciano

Aroma: Our introductory vintage of Cave B Montepulciano is truly something special, especially for a first wine from these young vines. There is a brightness of red fruit notes, ripe raspberries, mashed cooked cranberries, and a hint of Italian plum, laced with earthy notes of worn leather and unlit fresh cigar. Visually, the deep ruby color of this wine is simply gorgeous.    

Taste: The palate is light and lean as the nose would suggest, with cranberry taking the forefront on the flavor profile. The flavors of raspberry and plum are accompanied this time with hints of red licorice. Flavors of black English Breakfast tea take the place of the leather and tobacco on the palate.

Food Pairing: There is a lovely food friendly acidity to this wine begging to be paired with a fresh pasta with house made Bolognese sauce.
