2024 Sauvignon Blanc
Aroma: Our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful example of Washington Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus notes of grapefruit and Meyer lemon, combine with hints of lemongrass, boxwood and a hint of fresh ginger.
Taste: The mouthfeel of our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is unique in that it feels both creamy and crisp all at the same time. The citrus notes taste as they would in a custard with whispers of lemongrass and ginger.
Food Pairing: Classic crab cakes (that are more crab than cake) would be fantastic with this wine, topped with a bit of lemon thyme and caper aioli. Oysters on the half shell are also a can’t miss with this one!!
