2024 Le Trio

Aroma: Our 2024 Le Trio is a blend of our 3 white Rhone varietals: Roussanne, Marsanne & Viognier. A bevy of stone fruit aromas leap out of the glass when you bring this wine towards your nose. Apricot jam, white fleshed nectarines, and donut peaches are all part of the wonderfully aromatic bouquet, with notes of melon to accompany those amazing stone fruits.

 

Taste: The texture of this wine is silky on the palate with a creaminess that works wonderfully in adding texture to the stone fruit and melon flavors. The wine is dry but gives an impression of sweetness due to the fruit notes on the palate.

 

Food Pairing: Pan seared halibut topped with peach salsa and accompanied with smashed roasted red potatoes would pair wonderfully with our 2024 Le Trio.
