2024 Chardonnay
Aroma: Spiced baked apples kick off the nose of our 2024 barrel fermented Chardonnay. Beautiful integrated notes of tangerine are accompanied by aromas of pineapple upside down cake. The smell of caramelized pineapple adds a wonderful dimension to this wine.
Taste: This is a caramelly fun wine, on the palate there is a wonderful flavor of that pineapple upside down cake mentioned on the nose. Tangerines and baked apples contribute to the harmonious
palate of our 2024 Chardonnay.
Food Pairing: Roasted chicken and mashed potatoes would pair wonderfully with this wine. Also slow smoked baby back ribs, with just a dry rub and maybe a mustard based BBQ sauce would work well too.
