2024 Cavewoman White

Aroma: Honeydew melon, Meyer lemon, Asian pear, and ripe nectarine all contribute to the wonderfully aromatic nose of our 2024 Cavewoman White wine. The blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc is a departure from previous vintages of this wine, but it is just as lovely with different aroma and flavor

profiles.

 

Taste: On the palate the Asian pear comes in first followed by melon with a mix of Meyer lemon along with the Asian pear coming back for an encore. The crisp acidity of the finish leaves a clean refreshing tone on the palate. Food Pairing: Fresh clams steamed with white wine and garlic herbed butter along with crusty bread for dipping in the clam juice will be fantastic food partner for this wine.
