Taste: The palate is lean and crisp, with tremendously well-balanced acidity that melds perfectly with the fruit character of the wine.

Food Pairing: I want tiny briny wonderfuloysters with this wine, Kumamoto, Quilcene, Shigoku and Penn Cove would all be amazing paired with this wine. If you’re not a fan of raw oysters have some some shrimp and gritsor seared halibut.
