Aroma: The aromatics on our 2025 Semillon are just lovely. Aromas of fresh nectarines and honeydew melon present themselves first, while subtle notes of starfruitand meyer lemon zest with just a hint of butterscotch rounding out the nose of this lovely wine.
Taste: The palate offers more flavors of butterscotch than the nose would imply. The fruit flavors encountered on the nose blend harmoniously to offer a lush, rich palate.
Food Pairing: This wine will pair nicely with an herb roasted chicken covered in brown gravy and served over a bed of roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
