Indoor Tasting Area
Reservations are no longer needed at our Quincy tasting room for groups of 7 or less guests; just walk, drive or bike on over. For groups of 7-11 people please make an online reservation for INDOOR seating here, so we can prepare a space for you. For groups of 12 or more guests please email events@caveb.com at least 24 hours in advance. During the spring, summer and fall months at our Quincy location there are lots of indoor and outdoor seating options for you. All ages are welcome. Grant County Health Department does not allow dogs or any pets inside our tasting room. If you are bringing a dog please note that your dog must be leashed at all times and friendly. On busy weekends we will ask for you and your pet to sit on our lower level on the lawn instead of the upper balcony. Please note for Gorge concert days we close off ALL reservations, including for groups, as we switch to our walk up concert tastings instead. Just drive or walk on over. Concert tastings are a lot of fun and normally outside on our front lawn, with live music on our Stage B Amphitheater from 1:30-3:30pm on most Gorge concert days. Go to our events page, at www.caveb.com for details on the musicians playing. If you are walking from the Gorge parking lots or camping come on over through our side gate from the south Gorge parking lot, at the south entrance to the Oasis camping area (the Gorge white tents). This is much faster and safer than walking down the road from the Gorge parking lots. If you are a Cave B Wine Club member please log into your wine club account before making a group reservation (of 7-11 people) so you do not make duplicate accounts. For smaller groups no reservations are taken or needed. Thank you.

Outdoor Deck Tasting Area

Private Club Cave
Pictured is our Back Club Cave a beautiful basalt cave that is now open for private events. Inspire & Ambassador Wine Club members get this space for FREE once a year for a 3 hour rental for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or other party. A $300 pre-paid event wine minimum is still required. Other club levels and non-wine club members can rent this space for $350 for the venue plus the $300 event wine minimum. Seated this space is comfortable for 30 people. You may bring in your own decorations and food, but no outside alcohol (such as beer) without a day banquet license. If you need more space our Front Club Cave is available for an additional $350. If you rent and pay for both spaces the cost is $600 (a $100 savings).
