2022 Sangiovese

Aroma: Our 2022 Sangiovese has someincredible old world earthy aromatics goingon. Saddle leather is on the forefront with leaftobacco alongside aromas of orange zestinfused cranberry sauce and raspberry fruitleather.

 

Taste: The palate is light, crisp and exciting.This red wine could even be served slightlychilled in the summer as a refreshing dry redalternative to a white wine. The earthy notesof leather and tobacco are the bookends of thepalate with the cranberry and raspberry noteshitting the mid-palate.

 

Food Pairing: Give me wood fired pizza withthis wine. A classic Margherita is sure to pairperfectly with this wine, but spicy sausageolives and mushrooms would be amazing aswell.
